How different are you from your loved one?
i am more of aggressive, he's passive; i am impatient, he's patient; im little loud, he's very quiet.

We have a lot of differences ...

He's spontaneous, whereas I am a planner and get very anxious when things aren't planned out far in advance. I am very impatient while he is patient. I am super organized, and he needs to be reminded of things at least ten times, lol. He is more conservative in his political views, whereas I am very liberal and progressive. Over time though he has become more liberal than before, and we talk politics a lot. Our differences make for more interesting and thought provoking conversation and debate, although I am very stubborn and like to have my way all the time. It works out okay though because he is more laid back and mostly gives in if it isn't an important issue.

We have different interests too - he's really into motorcycles, cars, etc, and I enjoy reading, decorating, and fashion. We have both come to enjoy each others' hobbies though to some extent.

I think it's important to have some differences between partners. You don't want to be dating your identical twin, do you? It makes for more stimulating conversation, and you can learn to enjoy some of each others' interests. But make sure you are like minded on important issues and in your values. You need to agree on things like how to raise children and run your household.

Hmm, I've never really thought about our differences.
He's more mechanically inclined and athletic, we are both impatient, but about different things, and we are both very reactive, and good at calming eachother down. When we are in a fight, he needs to let it rest and come back to it, whereas I can't stand the tension and need to resolve it right away. We used to have completely different tastes in TV and Movies, but those have slowly meshed and we've found things we like about eachothers picks. I now love comic book based movies, such as the Watchmen....but he still cant talk me into sitting through a Western. In outward appearances and first impressions, I hear that he's a badboy and I'm a cutie, and that people are surprised when seeing photos (if they only know me and haven't yet met him) that he is my boyfriend. Religiously, he knows what he believes and which organized religion he follows, whereas I am beginning to question the meanings behind the religion with which I was raised and am unsure of what I believe.

ha I'm 'quiet'...he's LOUD...Im clean and tidy...he's messy as hell...im good at solving ppl problems...he's good at solving technical problems...pretty much I was the good girl and he was the bad boy...and now we're in love<3 We grew up really different but we are a lot alike it what we're interested in.

I am really organized, determined, proactive, and am a natural planner. Fiance is exact opposite. However, I am also extremely chaotic, inflexible, and prone to anxiety over things I can't control-- and fiance is opposite. I think we balance each other.

Well.. I'm more of a spontaneous type person he likes to have things planned. I'm somewhat messy and he is tidy. He's more mechanically talented and I'm book smart. I talk a lot and he's more quiet (between us two together). He's more of a people person than I am. We do enjoy watching the same types of movies, we like a lot of the same things like going to the drag strip, we like the same types of movies, and both like cars (of course he's a little more into the cars than I am). We have our differences but then we have things that we enjoy together.

Way different. She 's got girl body parts and I've got guy body parts and she thinks like a woman and I think like a man...way different!
From what I can see, you 2 are in for lotsa trouble as he will start cheating on you about the time you get pregnant and can't do him good anymore.

We are more similar than dissimilar. The biggest difference is that he is very calm, and doesn't get angry or anxious easily, and I am prone to worry and anxiety. However, we are very similar in our social habits, work ethics, short- and long-term goals, physical activity levels, the way we relate to people, the way we respond to interpersonal issues, the way we interact with our extended families.

Also, he's quite a bit smarter than I am. But I try not to let it show too much!
