What type of excerises and food should i eat and do...?

There is no real easy way to make your stomach flatter fast. But working out at least 40-60minutes a day with a 10min warm up and cool down, either every other day or working out 4-5 times a week. Plus your workout should include cardio, weights and stretching and some endurance training like running. If you have a considerably big gut/pooch don't expect to see results for a good 2-3yrs. but if not as you work out you can see some results as soon a little after a yr or so. But don't be discouraged by this either. The sooner you start action on your plans the sooner you will get to reaching your goals.
