Anyone have a good pumpkin pie recipe without evaporated milk?
Even using the power of Google, I can't seem to find a legit pie recipe that looks good but doesn't use evaporated milk. Anyone have a recipe that they've actually used?
Additional Details
No I made one last year without it, I just don't have the recipe anymore.

1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

That's because you need evaporated milk in every pumpkin pie...it's impossible to make without it.
1 pound 3 oz pumkin steamed
11/4cup yogut plain
3/4cup dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4tsp nutmeg
pinch salt
5egg yokes
mix put in uncoiled pie shell bake at 350f for 50 to 55 min
best you've ever had
