Don't do it China Man! You are correct! The plastic residue will leach into you food.
Those bags are made out of the cheapest plastic, they are meant for a one way trip then discarded. They are not made from the same type of plastic that plastic food wrap is made of.
Plastic food wrap has a denser molecule on it's surface, and the chemical composition is of such that it won't leach it's chemical out into the food it is in contact with.
It is widely believe in the medical community, that chemicals leaching from certain plastics, are the main cause of some cancers.
Our bodies were not made to cope with petroleum based chemical introduced into the body, it simply does not know what to do with them. Some are passed through, and others are stored in our body fat, which leads to infections and formation of free radical cancer cells.
I hope that this helped you in some way.
Good Luck, and use reusable microwave safe containers to store and reheat you food in that fashion.
Happy Holidays.
