Well in Sweeney Todd, they make meat pies out of humans, so dogs should be about the same. You would have to skin them first, stick em through a grinder, and bake them into pies. Though they might end up being the worst pies in London...

Don't eat dogs! They are precious. Cats have much more flavor.
