Whatever happened to playing games like Monopoly with the family?

Do families play these games any more or is everyone too busy in their own room in front of the computer?

Whatever happened to those good old days when families gathered and played a good game?

My family is very much into board games..........and we play a lot of the old ones too with the grandies and nieces and nephews..........like Sorry, Risk, Snakes and Ladders, Clue, Monopoly and Balderdash.
One of our favourites is an old Parker Brothers card game called PIT and it's been a family tradition for years that we play it Christmas Day after our turkey dinner.

Good for you, I'll try that Pit game, thanks
Thank you for giving me best answer! You probably won't find PIT in the stores anymore but you can order it online. It's an exceptionally fun game that tends to get very loud and boisterous and kids and adults both love it!
