Your body has anough to do with digestion, manufacturing healhty blood, making your hair grow, renewing your skin, keeping your vitamin levels correct and putting the nutirents wherre they are supposed to go without you adding to the workload by eating badly. If you eat too much sugar for example, your body has to work SO hard to produce insulin insluin insulin by the bucketload- it's really only designed to make a certain amount at every time, and if it is HAVING to make insulin to convert all the sugar you just ate into glucose ( that is what sugars and carbyhydrates in your body get turned into by default- glucose), then after a while your liver will stop and say,":that's enough I am too tired, I can't do any more".
So all the excess carb/sugar you have eaten , will be stored for later. Usually , your body would be happy with a little bit, or just enough. But if you pile in the carb and sugar then there will be too much and it is stored as fat.
Your body will ONLY make as much insulin as you need to have enough glucise to feed your brain. After that, your brain ( which feeds on glucose) won't need anymore.

However, there is still TOO MUCH glucose in your bloodstream, and your heart hammers, the insulin levels go up way too high AND there is a waiting line on glucose to even go into the bloodstram, so your body is hammering away with too much sugar already, you feel crap.
The insulin then can't sustain it's own levels of highness, so they drop way down, exhausted, then YOU feel exhausted and have lower than normal insulin and blood sugar, so yyou want more.

All that effort for one little meal with too much sugar. Some people do this every mealtime.
If you ate WHOLEGRAIN bread and wholewheat pasta- the glucose insode the flour is still attached partly to the husk - the brown surrounding- of the wheat berry, so half the glucose in your food is still attached to the fibre part, and since fibre is indegestible, half of that same sugar will pass through you, still attached to the husk.
That is just ONE example of why you want to eat right.

Another thing= vitamin C is the only thing the body cannot produce on its own. Without it, we get blindness, skin rashes, sores, tired, and hair loss, as well as very low immunity, so it is very important to eat fresh vitamin C daily, as it loses it's potancy when dried or in tablet form.

WHen you eat, the body has to use SO much energy to digest- it uses a HUGE amount of water and energy. That is why sometimes you feel sleepy after a big meal, and thirsty- all the food is leeching lots of water out of your cells into the digestion process, and also your body temperature rises during this combustion of digestion, so your body will burn a little fluid from the heat it is making. So, when you eat, it is really important to eat foods that are freshl, and fruit and veg- because these contain a lot of water. And not only that- they contain vitamins too. The water helps your body to do all it's work- dry food has none of the same value- like cookies, crackers and chips. And the vitamins help to creat good chemical reactions- vitamon B os for good nerve funtion, and vitamin D is for healthy skin and eyes.

When you only eat processed dead and fast-food, this "food" has been packed, melted together with poisonous substances like melamine which makes the protein content higher but is literally deathyl poisonous in large amounts, and preservative,s colouring,s and e-numbers.
This food is dead, It can sit on a shelf for years and not go rotten. This is not food.
Real, vital fresh food helps your body to work. If you notice when you only eat dead dry food- rice cakes, processed yoghurt, packaged food, with NOTHING fresh, you feel dead. Your body has no vitality.
It has to work twice as hard to even get going.

The more vitamins and fresh food you eat, the more defense your body has and the stronger it is.
