If I got The date ......?

If I asked her for a date today..and she said yes..but she has a friend with benefit..should I worry if her and I get closer? Or will her feelings for him fade and her like me more if we get along great?

After the date if things progress from there then you should confront her about it. Obviously she can't be planning to maintain that situation if she starts being involved with you. If she does then you have a problem :O

I have too much respect for myself to let something like that happen. And if it does, if she does cheat on me, which I doubt, I'll break up with her and never talk to her again.

if she's "friends with benefits" with him (which is totally stupid btw) then she doesn't have feelings for him anyway or they would be going out. She probably just wants to have fun with him. I wouldn't worry. She said yes to YOU after all.

If you two aren't officially dating, then she has every right to be with another person. Is it necessarily the right thing to do...no. But people are people and they'll do as they please. Once you two get more serious then address the situation and see what she has to say about it.

Go for it. If she said yes, then she's looking for moe than "benefits". If your relationship with her develops, you would be wise to remember that mere "benefits" are not enough to keep her interest nor her loyalty so you'll need to pay attention to keeping her happy.
