i like your length, but i think you should style it differently and spend more time on it. try blowdrying it and straightening it.

cut it a few inches shorter, dye it or get highlights to brighten the color but not too dramatically different--simialr just shinier, use frizz cream

NO freakin' way!! I mean- if you're unhappy with it, you should try new styles, maybe change the color, but DO NOT cut it unless you're REALLY sure.
My sister has long, gorgeous dark hair and she says that if she ever cut it, for whatever reason, she'd have an emotional breakdown. Though she -can- be a little melodramatic...
Be SOSOSO grateful for that long beautiful hair-- some people can't grow it that long... or that pretty... *glares at dark-at-the-roots-thin-midlentgh-hair*

You're absolutely beautiful! So do whatever you're comfortable with, but really REALLY think about it before you do anything!!

I use have my hair curly and long a time ago in 2000 and it always been medium since and recently 3 months ago, I decided to cut my hair my self 2 1/2 inchs and pretty short but, I did to get more healthy hair and give it a new start and it been working for me. I feel like even short hair takes time to get use but in the long run it worth it because I start with new ends re growing and I am going to get to my chest area when grows out. It grows out health every month 1 inch

i would cut a few inches off. and get some highlights underneath, so it has more demention and is more than one tone. maybe try bangs too.
