a trinket that would remind her of a special time you two spent together. dont worry if you dont have much money. it doesnt have to be something expensive.....it should be something to let her know she is special to you and that you remember and value times spent with her. be creative and imaginative

Ever wrote a letter to santa?
Does she prefer being out in the snow or snuggling by a fire?

With the answers to these questions, combine them to make a perfect Christmas day experience. Give her something sentimental (even something you make) or take her to a favorite place of hers.

Listen to what she's been talking about...like if she's really into a particular band (CD!) or if she has commented on someone's clothes...
Depends also on your budget. If you have a lot of money to spend, get her an new ipod or camera or cell phone or something. If not, get her something simple but sweet, like a (heart??) necklace or a scarf and some chocolates...
You could always ask her mom/siblings/friends for their opinion, if you trust they won't give anything away
