Monroe piercing question!!!!?

Well not just A question..basically i need to know everything.

I just got my monroe pierced monday the 23rd & i need to know everything..

best ways to clean,some normal things that might happen,ways to reduce swelling..all of it.

& also,i got it yesterday,and i know its not infected yet,but stuff comes out.. if i like push on the bar,stuff comes up with the bar..it's white and kinda feels like a booger..haha..is that normal?..&what is it?

& when will the swelling go away?

That white stuff, normal.
I have spider bites. Happened to both of them.
It's bacteria your body makes to try to heal the puncture wound.

Use mouth wash four to six times a day.
It will be swollen and scar tissue will form to heal up.
Use ice to reduce swelling and kankaid helps too.

I don't have it pierced, but my friend does. she's had it done for over a year now, and she said it smells gross sometimes (not the cleaning stuff, but the actual piercing) so watch out for that!

the white junk is normal

clean it 3 times a day with warm water mixed with sea salt,warm water mixed with anti-bacterial soap(dial),saline solution(contact cleaner),h20ocean piercing spray found at hottopic. about once a day put some ice on it for a couple of seconds that'll help reduce swelling and if there is green colored pus coming out then it's infected and go see your piercer...rinse for 30-60 seconds after eating with warm water mixed with sea salt or use anti-bacterial alcohol-free mouthwash and since a monroe is a lip piercing buy a new soft-bristled toothbrush so it doesn't get infected and food won't get stuck.
