start by going in person to every plumbing company or mechanical contracter early in the morning and asking them if there hiring and leave your phone# keep this up everday going to each place every 2to 3 weeks or so you never no when somebody didnt show up for work for the 5th time and there going to fire them also have you tried the pipe fitter plumbing union in your area
