Not at all, provided you have pre-washed the veg and skim off any scum or strain the liquid first - this is only the same as using the liquid to make stock afterwards.

Don't see why not it should have a lot of nutrients in it. Your plants would love it as well.

I don't see why not. You would have eaten the veggies raw right? So anything that comes off of them into the water, you would have eaten anyways. Just make sure you wash all your veggies before you eat them.

We use the water that veggies (sprouts, carrots, cabbage, etc) are cooked in, when making gravy.

Totally! But you would get the exact same nutrients (if not more) from just eating the veg raw.

I don`t think it wuld taste 2 good but yeah it will be fine. Basically just water & vegetable juices. 1 way 2 get the extra nutrients lost through boiling :)
