No, but there are lots of people out there willing to help you write a grant application and take your money for doing it. Personal debt is a personal obligation, not the govt's to take care of. The only thing the govt does is allow you to declare bankruptcy and even then many of your debts are still due.

No, and there never will be. This would essentially mean that anyone could get anything for free. No one would have to have a job, no one would go to work, products wouldn't get made, and soon there would be nothing to buy. Total economic collapse and chaos would ensue.

no you charged it now pay it if you are in debt i suggest you do a search for dave ramsey and listen to him on the radio or buy his book

nope. Either call one of those debt resolution services and really screw up your credit, or cut back and live within your means.
