Mom issues PLEASE HElP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Question

my mom is such a brat i mopped for her today and instead of saying thanks and being gratful she complains"you put too much pins-sol." my mom said isint that so mean?! and she said she is not getting me anything for Christmas just because i said she is being mean to me. i mean it is the day before thankgiving cant she be a little nice?! i am starting to not love as i should i am drifting away from her. please give me a good answer, please!!! i need your answers thanks!

LOL, This happens to me once in a while but i never think that she's being mean. Moms want the best for their children so don't worry.
Here's a strategy, be nice to your mom first and give your mom some gratitude. Like say, "thanks for making dinner." Or say, "thanks for taking care of me". She will be surprised. It's kind of like reverse psychology.
But anyway remember, when you do things out of love, but you expect something back, is that really love?

BTW, If things are really wrong then you should talk to someone you trust about your issues. Yahoo answers is a weird place to look for advice.

Is she stressing out over the holidays? The first thing she did was bring up presents. We are in a recession. She might be having a melt down. Just cool off and try to talk to her. Let her know the gifts are not important, being with her on Christmas is.

well, its close to the holidays, she probably is under a lot of stress, dont worry, i bet if she realized how shes acting, she would feel bad...i have a mom 2! christmas, thanksgiving, getting the house clean really makes moms stressed out, im 12.....moms r sometimes like that, shell probably apolagize when she gets over it!
