Diamond ring...what is yours like?

Ok ...so this is my ring:

14 karat white gold

.27 carat diamond

and its an SI2

My ring is a solitaire....a classic solitaire...I was just wondering what YOUR ring is like...

Could you guys send me a picture of YOUR ring...whether it be diamond, or a gem stone

And it doesnt matter if the setting is silver, gold, white gold, platinum...or even wood( they do wood nowadays..which I think is realllllly interesting)

I have absolutely no idea what the 4C details of my diamonds are. We picked out the ring together, and it is my promise ring, not engagement. We are postponing our engagement for another 2 yrs until my University degree has been completed.

I looked at all the rings and they were all pretty...but between them all, I think yours is the best. I wear solitaire and not three stones, but if I were to wear a threestone....it would be yours :)

My engagement ring was designed by me and my ex fiance. It was gorgeous! Five platinum leaves made out the band, and in between every leaf "link" was a small diamond chip. Seriously...they were tiny. But it was so, so beautiful! After we broke up, I couldn't stand to look at it, and pawned it. :( Man I'm a stupid girl

Mine is platinum with a flawless 0.82 princess cut diamond with 12 small flawless diamonds on the band either side of it.

I believe it cost approx £6k

It is a 3/8ths carat princess cut solitaire, set in 14k white gold. I have no idea what the clarity and color are, it's very pretty and that's all I care about :)

I don't have a picture of mine online to share, sorry!
It's a 1.5 carat round brilliant cut solitaire (just a solitaire, no side diamonds or anything), D colour IF clarity.
It's beautiful, I love it :)

They do wood settings?? I've never heard of that, is that ever cool!! I'm going to have to google it now to check it out! lol

the pics are on my facebook but i'm at work so I can't include that--- the main diamond is a princess cut and compass set .87 carat on a pretty thin white gold band that tapers to the diamond and has 4 tiny diamonds on each side (our first kiss was on the 4th of the month) My fingers are pretty small (4.5) so it looks a lot bigger than it actually is.

my wedding band is actually an anniversary band since i was having a hard time finding something to match the engagement ring (the compass set made it difficult with the tapering to the setting that the band has)- it's a half of a centimeter wide with a row of 15 tiny princess cut diamonds along the top and 15 bottom- i wanted something that was wide in the instance that I chose to wear it without my engagement ring (I horseback ride and my engagement ring wont fit under my riding gloves)

I don't wear a diamond ring..I wear my husband's birthstone.

2 & 1/2 carat oval shaped brilliant cut deep red garnet
framed by a total ct weight of 1 ct in small, round champagne diamonds
set in 18 kt yellow gold.

looks like a family heirloom & I love it. people often mistake it for a ruby, the color saturation is so red, and the inner fire every time I move my hand is hypnotizing

My original wedding band is a simple plain polished yellow gold band so the two work well together-still hoping for a channel set garnet band to match tho lol.....my fancy diamond band won't work with it.

Sorry for this and I know some people will not agree with me, but we didn't have much money to spend and I wanted a traditional looking ring. When I found out about Moissanite, I almost cried I was so happy! :) It is not a "fake" diamond like cubic zirconia, but rather a precious stone similar to a diamond.
