My ultimate goal is too create a good diet for at least 3 weeks and see how I can take it. I want to acheive clear skin, and maybe loose a pound or two. I took into consideration that dinner should have protein, so I made sure that dinner is the meat, and snacks after dinner will hopefully have protein. For tomorrow I planned:
Breakfast: Oatmean with flaxseeds, blueberries, and almonds
Snack: Peppers with dip
Lunch: Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich with whole wheat/grain bread
Snack: Cheez Sticks
Dinner:Low Fat, whole wheat chicken wrap
Snack: Raisins, or other nuts, or dried fruits...
