Turn your Hot water tank up. The faucet don't control the temp only flow when on full hot.

Yeah - what Joe said. Look on your water heater and you'll see a dial near the bottom on the valve. Turn it up a bit.

It's located at your hot water tank, probably toward the back or in a compartment that's attached with screws.
You need to know that when you turn the water up for the kitchen faucet you also turn it up for the dishwasher AND the shower. If you unknowingly turn it too high you could get nasty burns or your spouse or family who shwers could get burnt. So read the directions first and turn it up only in small increments.

I would say that someone who doesn't have enough knowledge about how things work to know that there are no adjustments on faucets to turn the temp. of the water up or down, shouldn't be messing with the water heater settings. Either get a repair person or ask someone to help you.
