What are your opinions on same sex couples showing affection in public? Kissing, cuddling, holding hands etc?

In my opinion they should be treat no different to opposite sex couples. But tonight at my local supermarket there was a comment made about 2 girls holding hands whilst doing their shopping, they also kissed and was just showing their love for each other but not in a 'in your face' way. Just a normal couple like way.
My point is, if this was a boy and girl no one would have batted an eyelid. What difference does it make what gender you are?

Your opinions please... am I just too laid back or do you agree that this is fine and that they should be treat no different to any other couple showing affection in public?

A few of my friends are bi and I have no problem with it. We are all human and if you are attracted to the opposite sex then so be it, who cares! It's the same as any other relationship, I don't see why some people get so annoyed over the whole thing, I think it's pathetic when they get discriminated over being gay. They don't deserve it, they're not any different to us.

I think if they are a couple, they should be able to show affection for eachother in public, simple as that.

No, I don't like to see it but neither do I want to see opposite sex couples drooling over each other in inappropriate places and I consider supermarkets to be inappropriate places.

In my opinion, this subject is over-rated but I will state my opinion anyway!

Personally I think it's just about 2 people of the same sex showing love for one another just like any other couple. We do not make decisions for people, they do... so it's their life and its up to them on how they want to deal with their emotions. If I saw that happening, I would just walk by

Holding hands I can tolerate, but I don't want to see two men snogging in the street. To be honest I don't want to see anyone playing tonsil tennis in the street.

Mine or anyone else's opinion should not matter when a couple want to kiss. It is their right to do so.
