  • Lower back pain?

I just want to know what is causing the pain and how to fix it. I don't have insurance or I would go see a doctor.

I'm having lower back pains, in the lower middle area of my back. It's been going on for a few weeks now but just over the last couple of days, has gotten worse. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst, I'm probably at a 7 or 8. It hurts worse when I move, like when I go to stand up or sit down. If I'm laying down, the pain is very dull (like a 2). Or if I'm sitting straight up the pain is also dull, at like a 2. If I'm slouching or standing to long, the pain rises.

I could maybe live with dull pain, but I work in a daycare in the one year olds room. So I lift alot of babies all day. What could this be?

  • Implantation bleeding/pregnancy or not?

I have always had normal periods. Very regular. I have a 28 day cycle with a 6 day period that is heavy all 6 days from start to finish. I was supposed to start on the 6th of March. I started my period on the 5th. It was heavy all day of the 5th. And then very light here and there spotting on te sixth. And then nothing else at all. Those to days were it. I know implantation bleeding doesnt always happen with every pregnancy but if it does, i know it can last up to 2 days. My other symptoms, (if thats what they are), are more hungry than normal, lower back pains, lower front abdominal pains, tiredness, sudden weight gain (i am good at maintaining my weight it hasnt changed from the same number in about 2 months, and now suddenly i am 8 pounds heavier? No difference in what i eat or when i eat it) ? Also i took a pregnancy test, but it was on March 5th while i was bleeding. It came out negative i believe. Could me bleeding effect the test in anyway? Ive read where some people dont get a positive until up to a week after implantation bleeding occured. Has any body had this same kind of experience and been pregnant?

  • Questions about weight loss?

Alright, before you judge..don't. I know i am well over weight and i know why. I dont need your criticism. I am looking for positive and motivating answers. I just need some questions answered.

I am a 20 year old girl. And i weigh right at 250 pounds. My final goal weight would ideally be 150. I know thats 100 pounds to lose. I have just recently started a few exercises. (This week) i have been doing 15 sit-ups, and 15 normal crunches everyday. My question is how many of these should i be doing each day? What are some other good exercises to do for weight loss? And how long will it be before i see results? (Wether it be one pound at a time or 10) i am mainly trying to get rid of stomach fat and thigh/hip fat. I want smaller legs and a flat tummy.

Please answer the questions i asked or dont answer at all. And please dont be rude. Thanks
