In the morning i have a cup of green tea
Breakfast 3 and half table spoon of oats. i mix it with water and milk and add a teaspoon of honey.
Lunch i have a orange i also have smoothie which is made with carrot , celery, apple, blue berries , raspberries and black currant i add in my smoothie a half of a cup of orange juice.
Chappati with lentils and half a cup of rice and slices of cucumber.
Before sleeping i always have a cup of green tea with lemon.
Can someone tell me how many calories it is and if it is a healthy diet. I loose about 500 calories everyday.
