### How can I help my daughter lose weight?

So my daughters is 14 and she is about 160 to 170 pounds she sometimes rides her bike, or play with her dog other than she doesn't get much exercise. She usually doesn't eat anything in the day time (8:00am to 4:00pm) I make dinner and she eats that. She doesn't like what's in our fridge and I want to help her lose weight but she's kind of picky. She used to eat a lot more but she mostly sleeps in the day til 11am or 12pm . I want her to feel confident and be able to wear her nice clothes. If she does eat she will get unhealthy snacks and then eat dinner. What can I do?
