  • Should I bleach my hair?

So, I have naturally dirty blonde hair. I dyed it black, and I didn't like it too much, so I don't want to keep it. Only problem is that I look really stupid because I have dirty blonde/grayish roots and black hair. So, to fix this, what should I do? Should I bleach my hair? It's very short (like a longish pixie cut), and if it got too damaged, I'd be willing to cut it all off. I just look really stupid right now and I don't want to dye my hair black again.

  • Writing advice? Coming up with ideas?

I want to write a novel that is fantasy in a realistic world, such as angels and demons walking the earth. My only problem is that I am so invested in books and tv that every time I try to write something original, it comes out as fanfiction (a spin off of storylines that already exist.) I just want to write something unique with my own characters, but I don't know how to get an original, complex plot. Please help.

  • Doctor Who music? The Last of The Time Lords?

Can anyone tell me where I could find the music playing in the background when the Doctor burns the Master’s body in The Last of the Time Lords?

  • Cheap Guinea Pig bedding?

I need somewhere to order big amounts of cheap guinea pig bedding. I tried using fleece, towels, newspaper etc but they just continue to smell and are a pain. I prefer using aspen, woodchips or some kind of bedding. I have a big (2x5 foot) cage with 3 guinea pigs. Bedding from the pet store for an appropriate size costs $20. That's like $20 a week! Way too expensive. Is there any farms or websites you know that sell CHEAP bedding? PLEASE help.

  • Smelly Guinea Pig cage!?

I’m in desperate need of some help. I have 3 guinea pigs in a 2x5 foot cage in my bedroom. It CONSTANTLY smells. Literally even hours after I clean the cage, it starts to stink. As the cage is in my bedroom, obviously this isn’t very pleasant for me. I use “Piggy Bed Spreads” which is basically fleece with vinyl underneath to catch the pee (its washable, and very expensive). I also have a little “kitchen area” at the end of the cage filled with bedding. I don’t understand why it smells so much. I clean the cage as regularly as sites recommend (3-5 days) but, considering how much it stinks all the time, it’s like I have to change it everyday! My family is starting to get annoyed with me and I know they truly want the guinea pigs gone. This isn’t an option for me - it would break my heart to give them away.

Me and my Mom think that it might smell less if I fill the whole cage with bedding, but that is WAY too expensive. That would most likely cost $20 a week. We’re already low on money. Please tell me ANYTHING I could do to help my cage smell less. It literally makes my eyes water…I don’t understand! Please give me some genuine advice, It would be greatly appreciated

  • Do you like your pixie cut?

This is mostly a question for girls with pixie cuts. I'm 14 years old and currently have a bob type haircut that ends just under my ears, and lately i've been thinking about getting a cut similar to Audrey Hepburn's or Emma Watson's. I have thick wavyish hair and bangs straight across my forehead. Anyways, i'm worried that if i get this cut, i might look a little too butch, or if i cut my bangs that short, i'll look weird. Besides, a pixie cut is normally something for very sexy, adult woman, not 14 year old girls. I'm searching for before and after pictures and would be SO thankful if you could show me yours, or some examples of before and after pics. Thanks! (share your pixie experience with me!)

  • I can sense when someone is about to die?

You're all going to think I'm nuts. But, I'm kinda getting a little curious about this. For as long as I can remember, I could sense someones death. It didn't have to be a family member. It didnt even have to be a specific person! But, here are some examples of when this 'feeling' has happened. The day before celebrity Britanny Murphy died, I asked my Mom if we could rent uptown girls (a movie she was in) so i could watch it. I just told her I 'felt' like watching it (i havent seen this movie in forever at the time, so i dont know why i would have wanted to watch it.). So, a day after i asked this, Britanny Murphy died. That's the most specific example I can think of. The rest of the times, the person/animal name of whom is about to die just pops in to my head and gives me this feeling that i have to pray for them. I never tell anyone that i think this person is about to die, because usually i don't think it will happen, and im completely amazed if it does. I'm right 95% of the time. What do you think lf this? Let me know.

  • Something in my guinea pigs eye!?

My guinea pig has had a little green patch of something on/in her eye for the past 2 days. It moves around sometimes, so its deffinitely somethin. Maybe a piece of veggie or something. What should i do? Will it leave the eye eventually or get worse? Is the vet my only option? (im trying to avoid the vets). Im just concerned that its irritating her, though she shows no signs that its bothering her. Help!

  • How to make a hay rack for my guinea pigs?

I have 3 guinea pigs, and they are currently using 2 bent grids as their hay rack - but, I find that almost all of the hay ends up on the bottom of the cage, becomes soiled, and has to be thrown out. It makes the cage look very dirty (i use fleece, so i like when it's neat and tidy) and its a waste of my money (as i buy the hay). So, is their any other option of a home made hay rack besides a bent grid that will keep the hay in better? (please include links or pictures if you can.) Thank you!

  • Should I audition for the school talent show?

I'm in grade 9 and I want to audition for the school talent show but there are some things holding me back. I want to sing. First off, the auditions are on Monday and it's late Tuesday, which gives me only 5ish days to come up with a song and routine and stuff. Second, I had a very bad experience last year where i sang infront of my school (this was the day after graduation, so i was screaming a lot the day before) and i couldnt hit the high note so it came out as a very embarassing noise...that kinda traumatized me. Third, I have no one to sing with me, so i would have to do it alone and I'm afraid that may be too boring for the crowd? My friends are doing dance routines and other cool tricks...i dont want people to start talking while i stand there and sing. And lastly, I do have a lot of other stuff on my mind and i am pretty stressed out with work right now, and dont want much more too worry about.

I know with all of those reasons NOT to do it, you're thinking why would i want to? Well, I haven't done ANYTHING this year, and its my first year of grade 9. I want to be recognized and noticed for something - i hate lurking in the shadows. I feel like, if i dont audition, and i watch the other people perform, i will regret not auditioning. I just don't know what to do! What do you suggest? I'm a freshman, so yes, i am a bit crazy about being noticed for SOMETHING at the school! haha. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  • Writing prompts to help writer's block?

Hello everyone! I'm a fourteen year old author to be and for the past month I have been going craaaazy with writers block. I am not asking for someone to give me a story idea, but I would love it if you could give me some websites with writing prompts? my favorite ones are images that inspire the writing juices. I don't really like the kind that says "write whatever comes to your mind for 1 minute." Those never work for me. So if you have seen any writing prompts that have been useful to you, please recommend them to me! I can't think of a story idea and it's driving me INSANE. I have a couple but they just seem so similar to things like The Hunger Games and Harry Potter. I want to be original. Any advice would be very helpful. Thank you!

  • How should I cut my hair?

My hair is poofy, thick and wavy and I have no idea what to do with it. I really want it to be longer, but it is taking a PAINFULLY long time. I cut it up to my shoulders last year at around October (so its been pretty much a year) and it has only grown this much: http://tinypic.com/r/wufc7d/7 (thats a picture of me by the way) - I think my hair would look very nice with my waves if it was much longer. but I really don't want to wait that long with this bland hairstyle. I was thinking a pixie cut, but it is a big leap and if I don't like it....well, as i said, my hair takes a long time to grow back. I don't want a bob, as it looks AWFUL with my waves. Been there, done that. I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT. Please help! Here is another photo of myself if you need one:  http://tinypic.com/r/qzrfvr/7

    Thanks!
