  • What do I do now, terminated from employment, while still on medical disability?

Had major spine surgery 3/2009. I am still under doctors care after exhausting 12 weeks of FMLA (family medical leave act). My employer called me on the last day of my 12 weeks and terminated my employment. I am still under docs care and have not been released to go back to work. What kind of action if any can I take? Or, what should I do? With no income - I will loose my house -have to file BK and I have a child. Please does anyone have any answers or direction.

  • I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Short Bed Pickup. Repairs or junk?

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Short Bed Pickup. Oil pressure gage fluctuates and a new oil pressue sensor was put in. Now the motor pings and carries on when warmed up. What are your recommendations on this? I was told the bearings are going out and with repeated driving they will heat up and seize the engine.HMM! the truck only has 60k miles on it.

  • My X-bf's grandmother passed away yesterday.?

This is so difficult. We are still kind of together, we still own our home together and as soon as it sells we will be going our separate ways. The problem is-I know how he feels about his grandmother and my feelings are the same, his grandmother loved my daughter and I just as one of her own. He loves her tremendously. Unfortunately, the rest of the family doesn't feel the same for my daughter and I, because they think that I took their lil boy from them and tried to turn him into a man. For obvious reasons, I am kinda of twisted on wich way to go . I would love to pay my respects to grandma and I would like the family to know that our (my daughter and I) thoughts and prayers go out to them. But if I were to show up to the viewing or funneral, I feel that that would cause problems and I would not want to have this happen. Especially, during this type of gathering.

What should I do? I still Love Kenny but, we have agreed to disagree, and move on once the house sells.
