I have a really hard time writing down exactly what's going through my brain. This is the closest I could come up with. The message I am trying to get across is that researchers put in a lot of effort to avoid having problems/issues/limitations with a large research study. But despite everything they did they still had limitations. Limitations in studies are pretty much always impossible to avoid. Please help me reword this so that it sounds better. Thank you.

I saw on TV something with this scene and it is bugging me what the title is.
The movie starts with 2 teenage twin boys who are getting a portrait taken to give to their mom as a present. They are British. Hi. I just have a question. My bf and I are attempting to go vegan for 1 week, to start because I heard of all the great health benefits. But after reading several articles I am now frustrated and confused. Is just eating vegan not good enough? I recently read some stories on how packaged veggie burgers for instance contain carcinogens and are full of GMO's and should be avoided, and that many other vegan products (I'm guessing those found in the freezer section) are also bad for you. I've read almond milk from the store is laden with sugar and calories so one should make their own at home. What is the truth to this? I realize cooking from scratch is the best, but I am student and work full time. I don't have the time and energy to make my own milk. After reading some of thse articles it is kind of scaring me away from veganism and making me consider that maybe eating meat could be the healthier choice. I've heard this song on the radio a few times recently.. I do not think it is an old song. In the background there is a man with deep voice that says "Woahhhh" or "ohhhh". I am in the middle of cooking a bbq sauce. The recipe called for nothing spicy at all, it was supposed to be a sweet sauce. Well in my brilliant mind I decided to add 1 can of chipotle chile in adobo sauce to the 4 cups of sauce. Once it cooked for awhile I had a little taste and my mouth is burning. I tried adding more ketchup, more water, more sugar, and now I have a sauce that tastes sickeningly sweet but burns my throat at the same time. Anyway I can fix this without restarting? Please, I really need help to calculate the pKb. In class we took a solution of sodium acetate and titrated it with 0.1012M HCl. I made a graph and it looks like the equivalence point happens when the pH is 3.06 (25ml of HCl has been added). Please help me out on how to find the pKb for sodium acetate.
