  • brown discharge on the pill?

So I’m on the pill and I have been for over 2 years now (so it’s not just my body adjusting) and I’ve been having cramps for a few days, then today I had a bit of brown discharge with some small clots in. I don’t know what is happening, I haven’t had sex for over a week so I’m assuming this isn’t implantation bleeding?

I ran out of pills because I carried on taking them last month so I had to take more from my old reserve pack (which is lucette but now I’m on yasmin). I’ve taken 2 out of the reserve so far (3 left to go until I’ve taken 21 and finished this month) but seeing as they’re the same doses of the same drugs I don’t see why this would make a difference?

  • just eaten possibly raw frozen chicken?

I just had some birds eye frozen coated chicken breast and it was really hot and the meat was white, but I was just looking into why it felt a bit mushy and I realised that they’re made with raw chicken so now I’m paranoid that I have poisoned myself. Is it just due to it being bad quality meat? I also cooked it for longer than I was supposed to and half the time was on a higher temperature than it was supposed to be. What was wrong with my chicken??

  • What is going on with my period?

I've been on the pill for 1.5 yrs, sexually active for 6 months. I always get my bleed on the 3rd day of the pill free week (so it was due today, the 24th as i took my last pill on the 21st at night) but it hasn't come. I'm cramping, but a lot less than usual. I dont think I have any other pregnancy symptoms other than spotting one day (but this has happened before in Feburary without me being pregnant), but because my period has never been late on the pill before, i am confused. I took one late pill this month and that was in the middle of the pack, so i was still protected (I took two in the same day). My boyfriend also withdraws, reducing the chances even further - so what is going on? Where is my period? It is beginning to worry me quite a lot.

  • Question about taking my first lucette combined pill?

I was told by my doctor to start it on the first day of my next period, so if I do will I continue bleeding or will it stop? one of the reasons I wanted to take it in the first place was because i didn't want to have my period on a holiday i'm going on next month. but if i take the pills on the first day of my next period and bleeding continues, i will still have my period while i'm there, which is what i wanted to avoid. what happens when you take the first ones?

  • Do I put my age on my CV/resume? I m 16.?

I m 16, looking for some part time work around school hours. The advert says it is part time and weekend availability is needed, both of which are perfect. Is it best to tell them my age and that I will still be attending school whilst working (and therefore need flexible hours) or will that put them off of hiring me?

  • How do I reduce job interview anxiety?

I'm 16 and looking to get a part time job while i'm at school, but I don't know how I will handle the interview. I'm quite intimidated by unexpected questions and all that stuff, so I don't know what to expect and how I'll answer it...any help??

Also, I don't really know where to start looking. The majority of places want you to have prior experience, and I have none, not even any work experience as my school didn't offer it...

  • 15 year old girl losing weight without trying?

I m 15 (16 in march) and I ve lost 5kg without exercising in about 2 months... I have been going through a lot recently; I lost my nan and I ve been stressing over school recently because it was exam season. another possible factor is the fact that it was just the christmas break and in that time I only woke up at about 2pm and didn t get up until like 4/5pm, so my only meal was dinner.

Like I said, I don t exercise, so it can t be that. I haven t changed my diet either, so I don t know what it should be. Do I wait to see if I put it back on in the next month or so or do I go to my doctor to check things over?

  • Can I put a mouldy container in the dishwasher?

I put it in hot water in the sink with some soap for a few mins then rinsed it off with hot water and wiped it with a paper towel. The issue is, i can't let my parents know. I'm one of those gross teenagers who just leaves **** in their rooms and finds it like a month later. I had salmon and rice in the container like a month ago, which is so disgusting omg. But yeah, I can't let them know it was from that long ago so like is it safe to just chuck in the dishwasher now?? there's no more mould on it, i wiped it all away.

  • Where can I buy a (fairly) cheap formal dress in the UK?

I m 15 and will be going to an awards ceremony where i ll meet the MP for my borough and possibly the deputy mayor of london, so I need to dress smart. I don t know where I can get a dress for under £20. I d like it to be either a burgundy, cream or navy blue colour. I m fairly short (so petite would be nice) and an average build I guess (wouldn t mind wearing a bodycon dress, it can be any style). Thanks :)

  • I'm grieving - why am I so numb?

I'm a 15 year old girl. My grandma passed away last thursday due to advanced terminal cancer, but I'm not even sad. I was there when she passed too. Now I just feel sad that i'm not sad, as it makes me feel like i didn't love her enough, even though i know i did. Is it because I knew her death was imminent? Did I grieve her before she was gone?

  • What do i write in my dying grandma's birthday card?

It is my nan's last birthday today. She was diagnosed with advanced stomach cancer that spread to her kidneys and was told she has three months left to live. She isn't in the best condition at the moment either.

I don't want my card to remind her that she will be gone soon, but I want her to know that I love her very much etc etc, so nothing too much. I'm just stuck on what to write in there. thanks
