I'm very happily married with four chldren from a previous marriage, and step children. I love helping people and am generally very happy and have a positive outlook on life. My motto is "Life is Short, Live it While You Can."
If a parenting plan states the father has to provide full coverage insurance on a vehicle in his ex-wives name
and it's for their son, AND the vehicle is paid in full, can he pay liability only? Can she FORCE him to continue full coverage if she owe's nothing on the vehicle? The insurance is going to be $240 a month!6 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade ago
what should you do? Her mother and mother's friend were molested at the age of 12 by her mother's step-father. She has admitted it happened a few times. She never told the police, just her mother, who made him seek counseling. Now the daughter (my step-daughter) is 11 and her mother allows her to spend time with her grandfather all the time. She said, "Oh he would never hurt her." She said she already contacted Child Protective Services, and they said there is minimal risk. I think she is lying. Legally, what should I do, what CAN I do, and what do you think would happen? And no, we do not have the money for an attorney, but her step-father is very, VERY rich.13 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade ago
