• ### Remote starter question please?

I am installing remote starter on a RAV4 2009, my remote starter has wires for Ignition1, Accessory1 and starter1 also have a fourth wire that can be programmed to be either ignition2 or starter2 or accessory2

My car has igntion2 wire and starter2 wire

What do I need to connect?, do I need ignition2 or starter2 to start the car?

I am getting confused in this subject

if i was asked to find the surface integral of F.dS

how do i convert dS in term of dA?

and how do i convert them to polar coordinates?

and if i was asked to find the surface integral of F.n.dS

what is the process to solve them ?

i looked at websites but they werent helpful at all, and my text book is more useless than ever

i got for the first one

(5/6)*pi

and the second one

(-8/3)*pi

was i right?

I have a question regarding surface integral

Let S be the surface defined in the following way

S:= z^2+y^2+x^2=1

and

F(x,y,z)= 3*(x^2)*z-2*x*(y^2)+2*x*z^2-2*(z^3)+(z^2)

Compute analytically the surface integral of

j=integral (f .dS)

the way I attempted solving this question is first find the value of dS in terms of dA

Z=sqrt(1- y^2-x^2)

dS=sqrt( (x^2)/ (1- y^2-x^2)+ (y^2)/ (1- y^2-x^2) + 1 )dA

I replaced ever Z of f(x,y,z) with sqrt(1- y^2-x^2)

My integral becomes integral( F(x,y,z)* sqrt( (x^2)/ (1- y^2-x^2)+ (y^2)/ (1- y^2-x^2) + 1 ))dA

I changed the integral into polarization form but it keeps growing bigger and bigger.

What’s the correct method to solve the question

i am getting (a) but the proff souloution says its (c)

where is my mistake

my solution:

if it is in row 1 column 2 then i need to find the determinant in row 2 column 1 of A

| 3 7 0 |

| 5 6 -4 | = 30-21 = 9

i cant find my mistake

when i solve it i get 3 as the answer but when i look at the answers that he provided to us it says that the rank is 0

can anybody explain why is the rank of this matrix is 0
