  • Is Trump going to run this country into the ground?

Because while his predecessor was trying to promote clean energy, reduce energy waste by converting to energy efficient light bulbs, etc. does he have be be totally different instead of picking up from the current state of progress and making it better? Also, considering the inevitability of viable fusion reactor, would you say he is hindering its progress? Nuclear fusion will eliminate the need for fossil fuels but his administration are going ahead with fossil fuel expansions. Is he just backwards or is it a necessary course of action for fools like him to catch up.

  • Can I still take my case to court?

An auto accident that occured 2 yrs. ago in Shelby co. Al. The insurance cos. sided with the other driver based on erroneous depiction in report corroborating a lie told by him. Both vehicles had been moved and it was word of mouth report. I made effort to sue the other driver in court when I should have been suing the ins. cos. The defendent avoided a subpoena and it never went to small claims court. I have tried numerous times to convince both insurance companies of what really happened in accident on phone and through letters with drawings and explanation to no avail, they intend to stick with their original judgement. My ins. premium was increased by 25% but I kept paying it hoping the issue will be resolved, but since it has not, I do not intend on renewing it.

Also, would you know anyone that will take the case in my area that will work on a commision basis. Other factors involved might be defamation of character, etc. I also posted details of case on web site 'Rip-Off'. The post number is 1188639.

  • About faucet mount water filters...?

...a regular one of these comes with an inner cartridge of a block of carbon encased in plastic. What I am wondering is why don't the manufacturers save the consumer some money by just selling the blocks of carbon and one can simply unscrew the inner filter, wash it and replace just the carbon? This will also make recycling it easier. Also, can I get a reward for this suggestion?

  • How do I remove the blades from this wood chipper to sharpen or replace them?

I have a Cougar Power product wood chipper/shredder/vacuum model # 26CSV-5 that I purchased 10+ yrs. ago which I use occasionally and still runs good but I am in the process of removing the blades(2) to sharpen and I have hit a snag. I can remove 2 of the 3 bolts holding each blade but the third bolt is restricted by the frame of the machine. The wheel the blades are bolted to seem welded to the shaft and look difficult to remove. I bought the machine at a store auction and did not get an owners manual. I also tried searching on google but can't find anything on this model or the company. I know this was a popular item a few years ago, also noticed someone selling it in a local newspaper. I also thought of cutting the third bolts off and replacing them with a shorter one but don't know where to find a cutting tool on a long stem that will fit on a drill to reach the bolt, or if it will even go back in. Suggestions from someone familiar with this product will be appreciated.

  • Does the practice of the death penalty give politicians power they abuse in other areas of government?

The death penalty is contrary to the law itself and if I was participating in it, I would be in a state of fear. Being carried out by a group might make its impact less noticeable. Passed president George Bush came from a state with the most executions, Texas, and I can think of a couple of mistakes he made, The Iraq war and signing the UIGEA in 2006( outlawing a viable form of commerce).

  • can rooftop air conditioning units cause structural damage?

say if someone sets the thermostat real low in summer and the cooling units work longer. Also, do you think there should be a law as to how low you can set the temperature in a public building, say 78 deg.F. for summer cooling, seeing how humans are basically alike with a normal functioning body temp. of 98.6 deg. F, and all the current awareness of energy conservation?

  • Should States be allowed to make their own laws regarding the death penalty?

After all, wanting to be different and abuse of power are human traits that can cloud ones judgment. Death penalty makes murderers of a government that has it.People in some states are living with the fact that their rulers are conspiratorial murderers. Would you live in such a state?
