I’m bothered how my boyfriend sounds when he talks to people on the phone for work. How should I go about this?
My boyfriend works from home as a financial advisor. When he talks to people he just talks in a womanly way. I think he’s just trying to be nice but there’s some things that bother me. The way he says “okay” he sounds like he’s saying “ohkoiym”, and it just grossed me out. It sometimes sounds like a gay guy. Like the way he says “yeahhh”, and “peeerfect”. He also says “alrighty” and “bye bye”. It’s just so womanly. He’s told me that there’s times when some people mistake him for a woman, just because his voice isn’t that deep. I’ve been on the keto diet for about 6 weeks now. I exercise for about 40 minutes a day. I do strength training at home and YouTube workout videos. My net carb limit is 19g a day so I’m not eating that much! Keto doesn’t let me have any sugar, breads, pasta, so I’m eating healthy. I just noticed that for the past year, even with exercise and diet, my stomach is really stubborn and just won’t go away. Would more cardio be helpful? For the past few weeks, I’ve been experience extreme anxiety when I wake up in the morning. I feel like I have a huge pit in my stomach, my chest is tight, my heart beats really fast, and I just feel nervous. I’m going to start a part time job with instacart, and then I’m going to start studying soon online. I do feel nervous about that, but definitely not nervous enough to be feeling the way I do in the mornings. I’ve tried taking deep, slow breaths. That doesn’t really help. I’ve tried getting up at different times, not drinking coffee. Nothing seems to work! I was on Zoloft many years ago and it did more harm than good for me. My daily recommended net carbs is 19g carbs. I want to have a salad, but it is 11g carbs. That will put me at about 22g net carbs for the whole day, when I calculate everything else I’ve had. Will this kick me out of Ketosis?
It seems that I workout and workout and eat healthy and control my portions and my belly fat just won’t go away! I workout 5-6 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour. I do cardio, I do YouTube workout videos, I do strength training. This has been going on for months. I definitely lost weight. From last year I went from 135 to now 118. But I can’t seem to get rid of my belly fat. It’s my whole waistline. It’s just a whole ring of fat going around and my stomach just puffs out. I can’t wear the shorts that I want, or crop tops. It’s just so frustrating! I’ve been on the keto diet for almost 3 weeks now and am planning to be on it for a few months, or until I see the results that I want. I limit myself to only 19g net carbs per day, so I’m not eating that much. What can I do to burn this stomach fat off??
My uncle is getting married this weekend. I see him maybe once every few years. My bf and I just moved to where he lives and he asked us to come to the wedding. They’re having a spiritual wedding.
