To me, everyone "paying their fair share" means we should make the 50% currently not paying start to fork out some cash.8 AnswersPolitics9 years ago
How much do utilities (water, electricity, etc.) usually run per month if I live in an RV or camper trailer?
I was just curious if I move into an RV or camper trailer, how much I would be paying per month if I hooked up at a campsite. I know it is included in my rent, but I just want to know on average what electricity, water, sewage, etc. would cost me if I paid each individually.2 AnswersRenting & Real Estate9 years ago
What is another good TV series along the lines of "Legend of the Seeker", "Merlin" and "Robin Hood" (BBC)?
I enjoy watching medieval or fantasy-type TV shows similar to those mentioned above and am looking for a new series to watch next. Thanks!2 AnswersDrama9 years ago
Is lifting free weights enough to get rid of a slight beer belly, or would I also need cardio exercises?
(I would prefer only weight lifting if that is generally enough.)3 AnswersDiet & Fitness9 years ago
I am really interested in web design and have made several basic pages on my own. I want to reach the next level and try to get closer to becoming a professional web developer. Are there any options other than enrolling in full-time classes? I wouldn't mind taking online classes if any good ones are available.5 AnswersProgramming & Design1 decade ago
My friend has parallels on a relatively new Mac, but running Windows inside the Mac OS slowed down the computer a lot... almost to the point where it was not usable. Rebooting with Bootcamp is also inconvenient. Will CrossOver allow me to run the few Windows apps I need quickly without the lag? Thanks!1 AnswerSoftware1 decade ago
Obama keeps saying that we can't cut taxes on the wealthy because "we can't afford to borrow $700 billion from China." Why not just cut some benefits? I mean, we could afford $2 trillion in stimulus that didn't do anything and $700 billion in health care... Get rid of those and get our money back.
I don't want my bosses taxed to the point where they have to let me go to keep the company afloat.5 AnswersOther - Politics & Government1 decade ago

I have heard that I may have had a Native American ancestor. Do you double for each generation counting back to calculate your percentage? Like 1/2 then 1/4 then 1/8 then 1/16 ... and so on?4 AnswersGenealogy1 decade ago

I have a few blogs and they all have Google Adsense ads on them... I am making a few bucks each day and I want to know which site is generating those clicks so I can see what I need to improve. I have about 9 ads total (3 for each site) but can't figure out how to get the detailed information I need on which site is getting the most clicks, etc. Thanks!3 AnswersGoogle1 decade ago
When I use keyword research tools such as Market Samurai and it gives me a search figure for the number of "exact match" searches for a keyword term, does that mean that number of people are actually searching for that term in brackets on Google?3 AnswersGoogle1 decade ago
Is an LLM degree worth pursuing if I want to work for a law firm outside of the US? Or is a JD sufficient?
I plan on pursuing a JD but considering adding an extra year of school to obtain an LLM at the same time. Is it worth it? What are the benefits of also having an LLM on top of a JD degree? Thanks!2 AnswersLaw & Legal1 decade ago
When using SEO to get my website ranked in Google, can I ever compete with domain names that the exact keyword?
When using SEO to get my website ranked in Google, can I ever compete with domain names that the exact keyword that I am optimizing for?
For example, if I am optimizing a site for the keyword search "train horns" on Google and my domain name/website name is a general business name like "industrialsupply.com" etc., without the keyword "train horns" included in the domain, can I ever compete for position 1 on Google for that keyword? Or, will the website "www.trainhorns.com" or "www.trainhorns.net" always rank above me because the domain name matches the keyword? Thanks!9 AnswersSearch Engine Optimization1 decade ago
I am an independent college student who's parents are being taxed to the hilt. Since government is wasting their tax dollars on "$211,509 for olive fruit fly research to be performed not in the USA, but in Paris, France" (for example) I figure I might as well go on welfare and get some of that tax money back.
If I am an unemployed, independent university student with no income, am I eligible to receive that welfare check each month? Thanks!6 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade ago
I am combining several long columns into one column. I first filtered out the unnecessary rows, then concatenated the colums I wanted into one combined column. But, now when I try to copy and "Paste Special - Values" only the values into a different spreadsheet, it only copies about 200 of the 1000 rows and the numbers are all unorganized and out of order. How can I get my "Paste Special - Values" command to copy all the values correctly and in order? Thanks!
This is the concatenate formula I am using: =CONCATENATE(D2:D11297," - ",G2:G11297)
The column is filtered and I am trying to copy the values only, but I cannot seem to get all the data to paste and it comes out jumbled. Thanks!2 AnswersSoftware1 decade ago
