  • Large meal before a workout?

Welp, I hate to say I did it... I ate a whole damn XL pizza about 2 hours ago(Took the whole "cheat day" thing to a whole new level). I have to workout some time in the next 4 hours, is there any way to recover from such a large meal without my workout being an actual hell?

  • Google Home Setup?

I've had a google home in my bedroom for a few months and I love it. I decided to get my siblings home minis for christmas since they also wanted one. While setting it up, I noticed a few things I was wondering if I could stop.

    1. Whenever they play music, it uses my personal spotify account. Can I set it so only I can access my spotify account

    2. I have labels set like "My lamp" and "My lights" I was wondering if my brother could have those same labels, but have them control different devices(e.g. If he says "my lamp" It would turn off his lamp instead of mine)

    3. Can I have an alarm set on my google home, without having their google homes start going off as well?

  • Is there any way for a 17 year old to serve alcohol in Ontario?

I'm 17 and I have my smart serve. I know the law says you have to be 18 to serve in Ontario, but I was just wondering if there was any type of special permit you could recieve to allow you to serve at 17.

  • Is it harmful to shift between reverse and drive while still moving backwards?

I was always told it would cause a big 'clunk' sound, but in my 2016 jeep if I'm moving backwards while I shift to drive, it just kinda slows down then starts moving forwards. It's an automatic car, so i was just wondering if this was damaging my car or not

  • Why dogs sleep at their owner's feet?

My dog sleeps in the same bed as me every night. He always sleeps by my feet which is fine, but I wish he would sleep beside me or snuggled up by the head of the bed. Why don't dogs ever sleep by their owner's heads?

  • Medical Rights and Advanced Directives for Persons aged 16 years in Canada.?

I'm 16 years old and living in Ontario, Canada. I realized last week that I have never been made aware of my rights in terms of healthcare. There isn't much information online, and my parents say that under 18 years of age, they have the right to make any and all decisions in relation to my healthcare. I was wondering exactly what my rights are as a 16 year old. In particular I was wondering my rights in relation to the refusal of treatment and the formation of an advanced directive.
