This year i recieved very less Annual Bonus. I have sent email to the HR Head asking the basis & how bonus is calculated but no response?
Inspite of sending reminders there is no response. I guess they dont want to share. My agreement doesn't mention any bonus formula. is the company under no obligation to discuss their reasoning, formula or calculations with me ? appreciate if you could suggest how i can go about handling this situation. Does an employee have the right to ask/question the company/HR the calculation/basis on which an individual annual bonus is given?
This year i recieved 70% Bonus whereas last 3 years bonus recieved was betwen 95-110% each year. My collegues in other functions have recieved 90-100%, only our function is paid less bonus this year. My function has performed well & similar to last few years. I have sent email to HR asking for the calculations but there is no response on my email even after reminders.
