• What should I do about the contents of a house I inherited?

  I am the sole heir of my parent's estate. My mom was one of those hoarder collectors. I haven't had much luck selling the house contents (having garage sales and online) because what was hot in the 1970s is cold turkey in today's antique market (e.g. Depression glass, china, art prints, Victorian style furniture). Even the thrift stores won't take it because they aren't selling anything right now; some around here have even gone OOB. Auctioneers only want high-end antiques. I'd like to clear out the house so I can sell it, but at least get something back on what my parents spent.

• How can someone hang themselves in their home?

  I'm only just curious in how they manage to do it. I look around my house and there's no place to use to hang myself. I don't want to hang myself or anything silly like that, I'm just curious how people manage doing it and how they find a way to do it.

• What type of spider is this? and how do I get rid of them?

  I recently moved into a basement apartment and I definitely expected to see some spiders...but not this many and not this big. 

  I recently found 4 about 1/2 in spiders in one day. I can handle that size, even though unpleasant. But for the 2nd time i have found HUGE spiders. About 1.5-2inches big I can't deal with finding these massive spiders every week. It looks smaller in the pic bc i crushed it haha..

  Does anyone know what type either of them are and good methods to get rid of them? 

  I've been using a cinnamon wax melt as well as spraying a lemon mist around door frames. In addition to vacuuming weekly.

  I do understand that spiders are worse this time of year but I'm at my wits end here...

• Why do I have gnats that accumulate on the inside of my fridge raider door at the base?

   I have a few gnats fly around my apartment nothing special but they like to buzz near my nose and my mouth and I've heard if you have a gnat problem that likes to go around your nose and your eyes and your mouth and ears then it's probably fungal gnats not regular gnats. And I read that Vahe like moisture well I had a couple in my sink I killed them off with kitchen cleaner and I have not seen them come back since but after I did that I noticed there was like 20 of them crawling around on the inside of my fridge door and I don't have any rotten food I don't have any food that's days old and needs to be pitched or anything. I took everything out of the fridge end used kitchen cleaner and wiped out the gnat problem. end an hour later there were three so I did it again and the rest of the night they were fine and then the next day the same thing about 20 maybe more rolling around on the door at the bottom and going underneath my Pramheda store but I don't have any rotten produce etc. I took everything out yet again and I did a thorough cleaning of the walls and everything and I looked behind the fridge nothing. but every day I have to do it again and I'm baffled. please, any idea why and how they get killed permanently and stop coming back?

• If you can afford a club warehouse membership you can get garlic, bottled gallon water, toilet paper, paper towels go for 3-4 months why not?

  I got garlic for 4.98 lasts 2 1/2 months, Paper towel for $15.00, and some tax has not brought any more since still have 6 rolls, 18.96  toilet paper still enough not buying by the week.. Cooking oil not been buying in-store in months.

  I Thought a Boy Scout and Girl Cout is always prepared

• Possible Yellow Jacket Bee Infestation ?

  About 2 weeks ago I noticed that more insects were getting in the basement than before. I used to find a lone flying ant on occasion, but now when I go down to the basement, I see 3-4 bees (appear to be yellow jackets) at a time. Some are dead and some are alive. This makes me believe that they’re finding some attraction to the house and I want to end that immediately. The basement has two small windows that are always kept closed, and there a few wall cracks around the place. What should I do and are there are any homemade solutions? I’d like to save the exterminator option as a last resort.
