What will be your take away from your R and S Experience?
The very first thing I learned coming here, was just how nasty and proud the Atheists could be in an anonymous environment.
But thing I will take away the most is that after many years, hundreds of haters. (if not thousands) Dozens of clones, extremely personal attacks, a few good friends, and enough wonderful experiences to make it all worth it. That I am still here. All those lovely people (Most of whom have faded into the tapestry of the past) despite all their efforts did not chase me away.
Sure I have not been the "soft cuddly" kind of Christian most people expect, and I might have come on a little too strong or obnoxious but I kept the faith.
I could go one with this self serving tale, but I want to know what you are taking away from R&S? There is no wrong answer.
Personal note: Fireball I just want to tell you how much I have admired your strength. There is no one on this site who takes more abuse than you, but you stand strong, resolute. I look forward to meeting you in heaven.
And no I am not leaving, I will stick it out to the last, just looking back is all
