    Favorite Answer:

I did an experiment at one of my jobs to se how many people gave eye contact. My eyes are brown so I  wore one clear contact and a bright blue one in the other eye.

Why do people look to argue over insignificant things?

For example, I was at work (I'm a janitor) and some guy came up to me and starting yelling at me because there was a rock on the carpet in the building, saying I'm a piece of shyt for not cleaning up the rock as a janitor and starting cursing at me and pushing me and threatened to stab me. The rock was the size of a penny.

My child hears voices in her head. Is this normal?

    Favorite Answer:

I HIGHLY suggest you do your OWN thorough research into this before listening to people here on Yahoo answers who tell you to rush your daughter to a shrink who can put her on psych drugs which, as somebody who has taken enough of them can tell you, can PERMANENTLY DAMAGE the human brain and cause damage to the body as well.  And I'm not joking. These drugs did tremendous damage to me and I'll never take them again. Really destroyed the quality of my life. I could write a novel about it. There can be causes for auditory hallucinations which do not indicate schizophrenia and even if it WAS schizophrenia, this is a condition that has been proven to go into remission and often never return UNLESS powerful neurotoxic psych drugs are given which often makes such remission impossible. Go on Dr. Peter Breggin's website, he's an actual psychiatrist who has treated many people for mental health issues, even conditions like schizophrenia, with NO psychiatric drugs because he is an expert on these drugs and considers them EXTREMELY dangerous. You can also check out this website i just came across. I'm sure there are others. Do your due diligence and RESEARCH before you condemn your daughter to a lifetime of neurological damage from Big Pharma psychiatric drugs. She'll thank you some day. Also when you Google, don't go on the mainstream websites always many of which are put up by psychiatric associations and the pharmaceutical companies. Go on websites such as breggin.com, madinamerica.com and others to find out what the REAL story with these psychiatric drugs is and why some psychiatrists (the humane ones) will NOT use them. The way health insurance payments from the insurance companies to these psychiatrists is structured, they MAKE MORE MONEY by prescribing psych drugs during their consultations than just sitting down with your daughter and getting to know her and treating her like a human being. You need to be aware of this.

Could I sue the government and win for liposuction and a tummy tuck? ?

I live in Ontario where we like to force silly lockdowns for a fictional virus, during these several ridiculous lockdowns I’ve gone through and was treated for severe depression, being unable to leave my house with depression lead me to weight gain and now they want to throw us into another lockdown.. My stomach grew an extra 20 lbs and I’ve started loosing most of it since the last lockdown ended but I have loose skin around my stomach now. With the next lockdown coming I don’t know what I’m going to do, this has taken a toll on my mental and physical health, I normally live an active lifestyle but now I’m confined to live in one room as that’s what I can afford to rent, not even a full apartment just one room in someone else’s house and with the price of food rising I can’t afford to eat healthy anymore either.. do you think I can get them to pay for liposuction and a tuck for causing this?

I really don't want lockdown to end?

    Favorite Answer:

Re the person who says you're selfish, I think what you mean is that you've gotten used to this and you're wary of the post-pandemic world. I don't think you'll write to your Congressman and ask for permanent lockdown. The experts are saying that dealing with the anxieties of the new order will be tricky,. Go to Psychology Today - check there from time to time and see what the experts are saying.

Does this mean he is losing interest?

    Favorite Answer:

At first one would think, what a nice guy, but then you realizehe he is just hangin in there so he doesn't have to watch you cry, or fall apart.  This doesn't sound good to me!  He is not acting out of love, but out of duty, as if his job is to take care of you.

What is it like living in a home where terrible crimes occurred?

A woman committed suicide in my garage many years ago, as sad as that was, compared to other stories that doesn’t seem too bad.  Do you have any stories you like to share with what happened in your house?  Does what happened ever cause anxiety knowing you are living in the same area where it occurred?

what is mindset of people who breaks appointment without notice?

i work in small healthcare clinic we see about 10-15 people per day. when people make appointment and just doesn't show up, it's big revenue loss and also it means other patient couldn't have come since patient (who broke appointment) was taking that time slot. We call 1-2 days ahead to confirm. we understand things happens. But I'm not talking about people who calls us to cancel or reschedule. I'm talking about people who, (sometimes, even after he/she confirmed appointment 1-2 days ago), just doesn't show up and when front staff try to contact, no answer, no reply, as if the person just vanished.

I'm not trying to get solution. I am just so boggled by this and want to know what is their thought process. Plz don't get offended. for those of people who breaks appointment often, what is the reason? are you normally like that with all appointments with your friends? like, you set an lunch time with your friend at a restaurant next wk but just don't show up without any notice if somethings comes up or you don't feel like going?

what is your thought process? is it that

    1) if something happens or if you just don't feel like going to the clinic, your mind just ends there and the thought that (clinic may lose money or there may be other patient who may want to come on that time ) never even occur to you?

2)or those thoughts occur to you but you simply don't care and see no need to let clinic know that you cannot come?

    3)or other?

I will thank you if you give honest answer

    Tired of dealing with life?

Ever since the breakup of my six year engagement I haven't been happy. Everyone says that you get over it in time, but it's been six years, and it still hurts just as bad. Before I met her, nobody cared about me, and for the last six years, I've been feeling it again. I have a job, my own car, and my own place, but still, people treat me like an outcast. I don't know what I'm living for, or if I even have a reason to keep going. I wonder if there is even any point in trying to fight it anymore. I know there are people who deal with a lot worse in life, but that doesm't make the pain I'm feeling any easier to bear, and I don't think anyone would miss some random straight white guy
