Should I absolutely stay clear of 2.3 litter engine cars? I've heard they tend to have weak horsepower and they stall a lot?
I've had bad luck with a 2.4 engine car going slow up hill :/
I'm looking at Suvs made in 2010. They look like nice cars at a good price, but I'm a little bit wary of 2.3 litter engines.
I could probably of course test drive the car and see if the engines strong, but still a little bit not sure.

Why do all the muscle cars sound different before the Clean Air Act mandated catalytic converters?
I know all cars have mufflers, but how could a catalytic converter change the cool "old school" sound of vintage before-1974 muscle cars?

Best ways to keep myself warm in my car overnight?
I'm moving from alaska to california. I can only ship 1 of my 2 cars so my wife and 2 kids will be flying and ill be driving through canada. My car isn't new by any means, it's beat up, but a mechanic shop i trust is confident i can get the car from alaska to california with a tune up. What im trying to think about is how i can remain warm, due to the drive being 44 hours so i will need to sleep once probably somewhere in northern canada and due to a lot of covid restrictions i believe itd be best to sleep in my car. Unless i wake up every 2 hours and start the car for an hour (which im not confident with doing unless i park next to a gas station). Is the best course of action just more bundles and a good blanket? I dont want to risk a gas heater, and oddly enough battery powered heaters seem to either be not invented, or hard to find, because all my searches for battery powered heaters refer to an electric heater that uses propane as a fuel.
Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks for your time.

How to learn about cars and trucks?
So my boyfriend is really into cars and trucks, and I'd like to learn more about them because he likes them, and it would be nice to actually know what he's talking about for once. I just don't know where to start, does anyone have any tips or starting points?

Think I may have gotten a ticket, I’m panicking?
I was at a red right waiting to make a left turn. The light just turned green so the cars in front of me go, and I go right behind them. I honestly just wasn’t paying attention to the cars coming from the left because I knew they were stopped at a red light. But I noticed in my mirror that the car behind me was stopping. There was a cop car coming up from behind me but it didn’t have the siren sound on so I didn’t notice until he turned the sound on. I pulled over immediately as soon as I heard him, but I think I make have cut him off without realizing. Then he turns his lights and sirens off, and turns into an apartment building parking lot and then turns around to come back out of the parking lot. Could he have stopped to get my license plate number and have me cited? I really can’t afford my insurance to go up right now and I’m freaking out. How long will it be until I find out?

Will this type of traffic be very different from the traffic we have now?
Favorite Answer:When I was in grade school in the 1960's we were told we'd have flying cars by now. 50 years later and I am still waiting. It's not likely to ever happen. It would be absolute chaos.

Can I get a driver's license without a learner permit? Over 18?
I am turning 28 and have yet to get a learners permit for driving. Life just hasn't made it a necessity to have it until recently.
Do I need a learners permit to schedule a driver's test in the state of Oregon? Someone told me I do not, I just need to schedule a driver's test. Is this true? Can I just schedule without a learners permit?

Driving a Ford F150 w/o Power Steering in Snowy Weather?
Favorite Answer:The truck will still steer, as you know, it just will be harder to turn the wheel. Since it's an Electrical device I hope that you checked the fuse or fusible link and the relay if it uses one. That would apply to any vehicle. Anytime you have an Electrical/Electronic problem the first thing to do is to check the fuse. And I would search the web and enter your vehicle and problem description to see if it's a common problem and what the fixes are.
