If you cut off the mold, Can you still eat the cheese?
Because I've two "homes", apartment and living with parents on weekends and holidays (suffer from a medical condition so I'm not comfortable living completly independent yet), I don't always end up eating up everything in my apartment, and this often happens with cheese. I don't keep it in original package, so I've no idea about the expire date, but recently the outer parts has gone moldy, so I cut those off. But is it still safe to eat the cheese?

Sanitizing a grocery item during Covid 19?
I have gotten my 2nd Pfizer Covid Vaccine 18 days ago(nearly 2 weeks ago). I work in retail. Whenever I take a break while at work I get snacks and a bottle of water or sport drinks. I sanitize the items before I open it to eat or drink. Now that I’ve been vaccinated twice for nearly 2 weeks I don’t need to sanitize the item anymore?

How likely is it to get sick from undercooked ground buffalo?
I ate a 1/4 burger made from ground bison meat. After I finished eating, it occurred to me that it was undercooked. It was cooked for several minutes, but was still quite undercooked in the middle.
Assuming I have a healthy immune system, how likely am I to get sick from this?
I took 1 tbsp turmeric powder and some ginger to hopefully kill any germs.

Would you eat a can of soup that was purchased back on July 31, 1992?
Favorite Answer:Most canned food is good for a really long time, but nearly 3 decades? I wouldn't eat it. Just keep it as a keepsake. Hey, it's kinda cool that it was from the day you were born, right? Why eat it after all this time? Just buy another can of soup, costs a few bucks and no risk of getting sick.

My dad keeps eating all of my food..?
I bought 2 cartons of ice cream and my dad ate both of them. I specifically put it in a separate freezer and he still takes it from there and eats it like it's his. I got rice from a restaurant yesterday and barely had 5 spoons, and now it's all gone. There was a bag of cheetos and takis and it disappeared within 2 days. I'm starving and there's no food to eat because my dad keeps eating everything I make or buy. What do I do? I'm getting fed up...

What do you do with all of your empty glass food containers?
Favorite Answer:Short of doing your own canning, there comes a time when just enough is Way too many. And it becomes clutter. Depending on where you live, canning jars can be a godsend to others. They are cheap, yes, but even then, when canning season comes around, once stores are out of them they are OUT for the year. So what to do? Sell them in a garage sale, give them to neighbors. Put them in a box, put a LARGE label on them and put them Next to the recycle bin-bet someone takes them long before the garbage man comes.

If you baked something and people ate it, is it YOUR fault that they gained weight?
Favorite Answer:Adults are responsible for what they choose to consume. One person's lack of willpower isn't another person's "fault". Having said that, a considerate thing would be to avoid putting temptations in front of someone with low willpower (putting goodies in front of someone trying to lose weight is akin to blowing smoke in the face of someone trying to quit smoking).
