Air is cleaner as it blows off the Ocean in Everett.
Both are nice depends on what is you plan to do when not on the job. The frequent things.

Everett not as hot in the summer.

Are you sure exactly where your work place will be? Boeing has many facilities. The office for your interview may not be where you spend your day on the job.

You have to decide the value of the view, the time to some weekend adventure you would do on a regular basis. The commute time from your new address to the job. From home to say that once a month concert or the big game.

Obviously if you are a civil war history buff one is better than the other.
You can list a number of cities that are closer to one than the other. How many times do you expect to be going to each one every month or every year.

Airports in the east tend to have more traffic interruptions than Seattle.

Would you expect your job to have some international travel? WHERE in Asia or Europe

As you have some time suggest you actually visit both and have a look around and see how YOU would live day to day. While you are working you do not have all day to explore the tourist stuff. It is the rush hour commute, shopping for groceries, doing your laundry and the other mundane things one does daily or crams into their days off.

REAL mountains are near Everett big hills are near Charleston. Many state and National Parks nearby both of them.

Rain Forests near Everett if you like that sort of thing.

Things like state income taxes, city taxes and the assorted fees like garbage pick up, car registration, insurance rates . and so on should be accounted for in your decision.

Only you can decide if you would be frequently going to Miami for a swim or a two hour drive to Vancouver for a day of swimming and an evening of snow skiing in winter.

You DO NOT get that new pay your first minute there. Have some money in your pocket to cover your expenses for a month or two when moving ANYWHERE. Rent deposit food transportation to and from work Setting up your new home and the many other one time expenses of a move.

Get out a few pieces of paper and start making a list of the pros and cons of each place TO YOU. Only you can place a value on the view out your window, the traffic near your home, the crime rate, the flowers in the local parks, or species of trees in nearby parkland and forests.

One gets more Hurricanes than the other one.

It does SNOW in both places. One gets it more often with less things like associated power outages and road chaos.

the cost of living of the two places is similar.
    Crime higher in Everett
Commute time on average longer in Everett.Of course that depends on exactly where you live and work.

Best answer: Actually, a lot of people take trains between those cities, because they're much faster than the bus and aren't really that expensive.

  • What’s life like in America?

Is it easy to get a job? What’s tax rates like? Are the people friendly? Where’s the best place to move (I am talking about the United States of America). Do you have a lot of freedoms because apparently it’s one of the freest nations in the world. I’m planning on moving from London because it’s miserable here.

  • What's there to do in Manhattan right after midnight on New Year's (when the ball drops)?

Best answer: Stand in a line. Because the crowds watching the ball (or trying to watch it) are very large, and nearly everyone leaves right after it drops, there is a long wait for everything that they try to do: the subway, the bus, the restaurants that are still open, and especially the bathrooms.
