Can anyone tell me where to report scam/ phishing emails?

The Federal Trade commission takes an interest in scam and phishing emails. Also, if it involves ebay or paypal, those specific websites also take interest. For reporting to the FTC, I believe it is [e-mail]. I believe ebay and paypal use [e-mail] for reporting.
