    Costa Rica has no army. (The Vatican has the Swiss Guard.)

    I think its Andorra. Its also the only country which on paper is still at war with Germany and its axis powers of WW 2.

    Dude. Some legitimate countries don't have any army. Mostly in southern and central Africa.
