Is it possible to get shocked while steam cleaning a diesel engine ?

Just wondering, as i have forgotten to turn the power knife switch off several times. I think the only risk was shorting the engine, but not sure.

I can't see how you could get shocked. Hopefully you aren't steam cleaning with engine running.

not enough voltage to shock you but you do run the risk to short out the motor.

not really.( do not be near the 24 volts)

in case, does not start, let it dry for 2 to 4 hour, everything will be back to normal.

the new RV's are more tough today days.

If you have the ignition on and blow water into the selenoid, you might. There is a 10k volt potential there.
