How can I go about finding out what time it is for...?

I want to know what time it would be when it is 5:00pm Eastern Time. I live in the Mountain time zone (-7:00). What time (in Mountain) would it be when it's 5:00ET?

see the website below for a time zone map so you can see what time it is anywhere in the world compared to the time where you live. Look just under the world map and click on USA for a map of the united States time zones.
