How can I determine at home the Nutrition Facts of what I cook?

I did not find anything. Maybe you know something about it. Thanx.

    http://www.fitday.com is a pretty accurate site for the basic food items. Some of the nutrition facts may differ slightly, but they should be relatively accurate. Hope this helps!

    Cister i seen it was you and wish i knew ,the answerer for you, i believe myself that fried foods are not good as baking but my parents living eat biscuits bacon or sausage every morn there funny people so did my grandparents died at 92,,and I try myself not t, watch what you eat and hope you find your answerer,,<>R<>
