um if you like anne rice's vampires yes. i wrote a book that was published it is called short but scary stories to read at bedtime. it has alot of short scary stories some of which are vampire you can find it on amazon.com or my publishing company publishamerica.com but im not trying to sell you that just a suggestion another is to look for jemiah jefferson her bok are pretty good she has 4 that i know of published all about vampires

Neil Gaimen is very good (try American Gods). I thought the Dark Tower series by Stephen King was amazing.
