How much weight does a woman gain in the first, second, and third trimester of pregnancy?
I know everyone is different but on average. Is there a chart somewhere that shows the natural increases?
THANKS!

First trimester: 3-5 pounds
Second trimester: 1-2 pounds per week
Third trimester: 1-2 pounds per week
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends a weight gain of 25 to 37pounds during pregnancy, for women who were a normal weight before pregnancy

If you sign up for there weekly letters you can go to the weight gain tracker and the chart starts with how much you weighed before you got pregnant and then it can show you how much you should gain or whats a healthy weight gain.
good luck.
