These three are always a hit.

2nd layer - 2 avocadoes - mashed with lemon juice
3rd layer - Combine 2 T sour cream, 3 T mayonnaise and 1/2 pkg Taco mix
4th layer - 2 cups (1 each) shredded cheddar and jack cheese
5th layer - 3 Roma tomatoes - diced
6th layer - 3 green onoins choppped fine
7th layer - 1 can chopped ripe olives - drained
Put together in order, cover with saran and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to meld. Serve with Tortilla chips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (3 oz) pkgs cream cheese
1 pkg Knox gelatin
1/4 c cold water
1/2 c green onion - chopped fine
1/2 c celery - chopped fine
1 can crab meat - drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp curry (optional)
Put the soup and cream cheese in a pan and heat and mix on low heat. Dissolve the gelatin in the 1/4 c cold water. Remove the mushroom/cheese mixture from the burner and add gelatin. Then add the green onion, celery, crab, mayonnaise and curry (optl). Mix together and pour into a mold and chill. Very good with either Ritz crackers or Waverly Wafers.
SWEET/SOUR COCKTAIL WEINERS
1 pkg cocktail weiners
1/4 c white vinegar
1 (7 oz) container raspberry preserves
Place the vinegar and preserves in a pan and heat until the preserves are melted and bubbly. Add the cocktail weiners and heat until they are thoroughly heated. Once the weiners are gone, you can put more into the sauce. Serve with toothpicks.

Grape Jelly Meatballs Recipe
1 bag small frozen Homestyle meatballs- (40 to 50 count)
1 (16 oz) jar grape jelly
1 (8 oz) jar chili sauce
Prepare the meatballs according to directions on the bag, drain when cooked.
Mix the grape jelly and the chili sauce together in a large saucepan, and add meatballs. Cook on medium until hot. Put out toothpicks for serving.
If using a crockpot, put all in crock and cook on low 6-8 hours. You can also make your own favorite homemade meatballs if you prefer.
I make these for the guys at work-but I make 300 of them and they eat all of them.
Very good and very easy to make and no one will know the sauce is Grape Jelly.
Hope this helps..

It's super easy......an assortment of bruchettas.
Buy a loaf of french bread, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, diced can tomatoes w/basil, can shrimp/salmon.
Slice the bread, and lightly toast them in the oven. About 5minutes on each side.
On some of the pieces, put: about a tbsp. of diced tomatoes. Drizzle some olive oil on top.
On other pieces: spread cream cheese on them, and top some of them with diced sun-dried tomatoes. Others with pieces of the canned shrimp/salmon.
Place on on a big plattter, and watch them quickly disappear.
You could prepare these before hand, or quickly assemble them at the party.
This is so inexpensive, but everyone will think it is "high-end". Not to mention...everyone will like it.

Get little smokies and cresents. Cut cresents into strips and wrap smokies. Bake til golden
Pinwheels- Cream cheese and tortillas. Use regular and let it get soft first. Flavor the cream cheese however you like. Chipolte is good. Spread on tortilla. Lay meat slices over, if desired. Or sprinkle dices peppers, ro onions, or olives. Whatever you like. Roll up. Fridge to get firm. Slice and plate.
Get wonton wraps. Oil muffin tin. Line with wraps. Fill with halfway with something. Veggies and cheese is good. Bake til golden.
