Why should you home stage your home?

Home staging is not a new concept but a tool used by relators, home owners who are selling their homes or a home owner who is updating their home decor.

Home staging is now a revitalized tool in today's society to merchandise homes to get the highest and best value from the resale market. Mechandising is no different for products in any marketplace.

In order to achieve the greatest value for your asset you must declutter, depersonalize, store, repaint, repair, replace tired furniture, rearrange furniture to showcase your home to obtain the highest and best value for the resale of your home. Potential buyers need to visualize living in the space available for resale.

Upscale homes are staging and showcasing their homes to the hilt and obtaining 6.9% return on their investment that is above their asking price. Medium sized homes must use this concept so that their home sales can benefit from current market trends.

Home sale motto is Stage it! Show it! and Sell it

Home staging allows the buyer to visualize things a little better. Often times people have a hard time looking past the emptiness of a house or have trouble seeing how furniture will fit into a room. Also, some spaces are not clear as to what they were made for and staging and give the buyer a better idea of what a room is intended for.
