I am doing a character analysis project on the novel Catch-22, and need help. Any suggestions?

i do not know what do as far as the project goes. My teacher has given us examples such as to make a short story/sequal to the novel, or write an illustrated shorter version of the novel, but i would like to do something different. It must have to do with character analysis of Yossarian. Just as an added detail, i really enjoyed the book, and would suggest it to anyone who wants a fun and easy read.

If your teacher gave you approved examples of short story/sequal writings, then perhaps the correct action to take is follow that lead and come up with a suitable short story written with your own words and ideas. You term Catcher as a fun and easy read. So with that in mind, a short story written by you can also be done in a fun and easy style.
