Racially, they are "yellow", because they are considered to be Asians.
If you mean literally, then they have brown skin. Typically somewhat dark.

Those should be enough to let you see the general color of their skin. Unfortunately a lot of those pictures came from news sources, so they are not all nice pictures.

The East Timorese are primarily of Melanesian races, a collection of people in a subregion of Oceania. Their skin color is medium brown like most people native to that area of Asia. A link to photos of East Timorese is included.
